Mela-no-mores ~ marching for Pete, Jim and Dee

Story

We are sisters and best friends with one thing in common – we have each lost a parent to melanoma.
 
We have decided to march to increase melanoma awareness and to raise funds towards a national melanoma research project to save lives.
   
We are marching in memory of our beautiful parents, Pete, Jim and Dee.
 
Pete passed away from melanoma in 2006 at the age of 47.
Jim passed away from melanoma in 2005 at the age of 62.
Dee passed away from melanoma in 2006 at the age of 46.
   
They each left a huge hole in our hearts and are missed every day.
 
You can support our efforts by making a donation, joining us on the walk or most importantly by getting your skin checked!
   
We would also really appreciate it if you could share our page to raise awareness and help raise funds to find a cure.
